JOINT JAM CBD SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 4 business days Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Shipping delays may occur when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees to preserve the integrity of the product.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Returns are accepted for replacement of unopened damaged products. No refunds are provided.
1. Please email info@jointjamcbd.com with pictures of damaged product and package within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
2. A representative from Joint Jam CBD will contact you with instructions for returning the product.
3. Once the product is received at the Joint Jam office, a replacement will be shipped.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are opened.
